We will use various languages to assess efficiencies and reactivities.
We visit your property as a regular guest, nothing staged, no alert: we reserve for 2 or 3 nights.
We stay maximum 2 nights subject to agreement.
You will receive detailed and factual observations, recordings, photos and a breakdown of brand , service and cleanliness benchmark.
We will provide real-world , actionable next steps to improve team , SOPs and ultimately experience.
