• We only receive a fee when a candidate we present successfully secures a position with our valued client.
• Our recruitment fees are only payable if the employment contract is signed. 
  • Junior position (salary < 3000 euros gross): 15 % including tax of the gross monthly salary x 6 months max.
  • Management position (salary > 3000 euros gross): 18 % including tax of the gross monthly salary x 6 months max.
• Payment method :
  • 30% of the agreed fees are payable on the first day of work.
  • Balance 70% after 3 months of contract.
  • If the employee resigns before 3 months, the 30% deposit is fully refunded.
  • If the employee is dismissed within 3 months, 50% of the 30% deposit is refunded.
